I am a 43 year old mom of three..ages 19, 10 and 1...yep I said 1. I love running, yoga, lifting at the gym, reading, photography and eating healthy, currently trying vegetarian'ish eating. I utilize these things to stay happy, heathly, somewhat sane, and to combat anxiety. I ran a marathon at forty which was my major goal....now I just work daily to be healthy and fit "after 40"!
